Better Piracy - GalBank Ships Have More Loot

If you've tried to roleplay as a pirate you probably did the Crimson Fleet questline, then wondered what to do next. There are the CF mission boards, but outside of that options can be limited due to the fact that ships in space don't carry a lot of loot in comparison to the bounty you might accrue. The risk/reward feels unbalanced.

This mod seeks to address some of that balance. If any ships in space should have enticing loot, it is surely GalBank ships. To that end, I have made the following adjustments.

First, the amount of credits they carry has been significantly increased and that amount scales up with the class of ship.

Second, I have added new loot items:

There is now a chance to find GalBank ships carrying Astra. This scales with ship class.

There is a rare chance that GalBank ships will be carrying valuable Old Earth antiques.

There is a very rare chance that GalBank ships will be carrying Old Earth books that will lead you to Earth landmarks.

I hope this encourages the pirates in Starfield to fly out and get yourselves some plunder!
