Sci Fi HUD - Star Wars Inspired

Hi, Spartan here again, this time with Deityvengy's Sci-Fi HUD. I take NO credit for this, just porting it for others to use.
Nexus Description:
Replaces cluttered minimap with a scifi radar animation. Add blue hud widget over weapon tab with certain elements shifted around. Adds blue overlay over scanner.
I'm aware that this mod gets rid of the oxygen/co2 bar. I'm a big believer that videogames shouldn't have to tell you everything. I think there are more than enough context clues, such as your screen flashing, your character breathing heavily, and a giant notification in the center of your screen.
I will add more features soon. HUD modding is very difficult and convoluted and i have to document everything step by step due to being required to re-make the entire mod whenever bethesda updates their HUD. In the meantime, I'm pretty happy with what i've done.
