Update 1.01 - Mod slots should be available on the suit now Update 1.1 - Added Skins + Separated Backpack & Suits (there is a total of 10 outfit skins and 9 helmet skins)

There are no morphs (BGS Never gave modders a public guide on this btw)

Armor can be crafted at the workbench Or use console command "help odst 4 armo"
