Grav Blink - Improved Grav Dash

This is my second modification concerning the Grav Dash power. Instead of turning it into a simple speed boost, I had made the dash itself faster. No longer does the power feel sluggish and unresponsive — now it resembles teleportation! (Instant Transmission?)
It feels really good to use. Not just in combat, but for traversal as well.
In addition to quickening the dash, I also reduced the power cost from 15 down to 10, thus increasing the number of casts to six up from four. The damage buff still applies. Overall, the power has been buffed in every aspect.
Incompatible with other mods that alter Grav Dash. This includes Grav Sprint.
Install/uninstall at any time.
This mod took way longer than it should have to make.
