Known Issues:

No Lipsync for the Suite Seller.
Short Draw Distance for the water, still good enough if you are close by.
Elevator Door inside the suite stays open, that's cause of a .esm workarround.
If your savefile starts already inside the Neon Core you have to leave the area and come back. (Standard procedure for using most mods btw.)
Do not leave the suite while the indoor elevator is still moving, Beth will break it then.

Frequently asked question: Q: Is it compatible with Neon Vertigo? A: 99% Yes, one small single item which I can not tell you the location is slightly off, have a good boostpack or you need the money. HINT ^^ (I may choose a little different place close by, we will see, so far that isn't really a problem)
