Akila City Tower Estate

Overview

A new estate has been built in Akila City and is waiting for a new owner! This cozy estate features a courtyard, six rooms and an additional small building all to yourself! Whether you want it pre-furnished or furnish it yourself, this new estate makes sure you feel at home in the heart of Akila City's residential district.

Unlocking the Estate

Once you arrive at Akila City, open your map and look for the "Tower Estate" marker! After making your way to the estate, you will find two terminals on either doors of it. Simply interact with it to purchase it.

The estate offers two purchase options:

Purchase just the estate for 60,000 credits and no furniture
Purchase the estate with all furniture for 80,250 credits

After purchasing it you can find new terminals inside the estate that offer you to buy furniture, if you did not purchase them yet, or enable/disable already bought furniture.

Features

The entire estate, including the courtyard and additional building are inside a build area, decorate as you like!
All decorations and clutter are static
Lots of markers for your companions to idle around in your new estate
Various interactive objects such as the coffee maker, beer barrel, mirrors and more
Each room comes with functional light switches
All workbenches except the Cooking Station can be found in the additional building after purchasing the workshop furniture
Functional stove working as Cooking Station can be found in the kitchen, after purchasing kitchen furniture
All inventories and workbenches are connected with each other, allowing them to pull resources for crafting
Multiple weapon racks and mannequins in the armory
Each mannequin can be swapped between female and male

Installation

If you are using an existing save, I recommend waiting 24 hours on Venus after installation. This should ensure all objects are in their correct place and work as expected.

Compatibility

Not compatible with any mod making changes in the same area as the new estate
