PraxisUI Inventory

StarUI is on Xbox now, you should probably go try that out!

Version 1.0.1 is compatible with Starfield / Shattered Space 1.14.70

This mod won't be maintained going forward - permission is granted to use any of the code or ideas from it, unrestricted. If the next DLC is good, I may return to modding, but for now this remains in effect.

PraxisUI Inventory is a close-to-vanilla inventory mod that adds essential quality-of-life features such as separating food from medical items, separating keys and contraband from Misc items, displaying more item attributes and sorting by them, storing all category items in a container, selling all category items to a vendor, and more.

Features

• Reduced size of category and item list elements
• Separate Aid and Consumables categories (see notes below)
• Contraband Category
• Keys Category
• A Local/UT Clock for the player inventory
• An XP Meter showing the player's current and max XP for the inventory
• Sort by more item attributes, including Value/Mass (PC users can click on the column header)
• 'Owned' column, which shows combined item counts from the inventory and ship when interacting with containers and bartering
• 'Store All' button to store all category items in a container
• 'Sell All' button to sell all category items to vendors. Can be canceled by hitting Tab (PC) or 'B' (Xbox)
• Add category mass count to category list
• Added Digipick count to the footer and Digipicks moved to 'All' category
• Quantity selection wrap-around - press left when at 1 to go to the max; press right at the max to go to 1

IMPORTANT - PC and Xbox users UI mods may not load correctly if you reload your game data by changing the load order or add or remove mods. PC users can restart the game to fix the issue. Xbox users can try to restart the game. If that doesn't work, you may need to disable all UI mods, close the game, then re-enable. If that still doesn't work, delete any UI mods, close the game, then reinstall them. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and support!

Notes

• Shattered Space Aid, Food, and Key items may not sort correctly until I've released an update for those items
• Mods that add new Keys will be sorted into the Misc category
• Mods that add new Aid or Food items will be sorted into the Consumable category
• The Owned column is not available on the player's personal inventory due to game event limitations
• The Aid category consists of vanilla medical items: Medpacks, Status Heals (e.g. Antibiotics), and Drugs
• All food, drink, and Ship Parts are sorted into the Consumable category

PC Buttons

• Sort Direction: 'A', Left Arrow
• Store All: 'R'
• Sell All: 'R'

Xbox Buttons

• Sort Direction: D-pad Left
• Store All: 'X'
• Sell All: 'X'
