Changes the Manipulation, Diplomacy and other NPC control skills so that each rank gives you more % Diplomacy (vanilla is always 60%) : [60%] -> [75%] -> [90%] -> [100%] Intimidation (vanilla is always 50%) : [50%] -> [70%] -> [85%] -> [100%] Instigation (vanilla is always 40%) : [40%] -> [60%] -> [80%] -> [100%] Manipulation (vanilla is always 30%) : [30%] -> [50%] -> [75%] -> [100%] Xenosociology and Robotics at 100% unaffected by rank (vanilla is 60%)
Check my profile for an alternate version where it is always 100% unaffected by rank
