Following Suit - A Civilian Survival Suit Quest
By laylowmoe
Community Rating
The Civilian Survival Suit is an official Bethesda DLC for Starfield. It's a snazzy-looking suit. But at 500 credits, it's a little, er... measly.
Following Suit is a short quest that leads to the suit as a reward. It tells a lore-friendly story about the suit and how it came to be, and provides you with a bit of a challenge. And hopefully, it'll make those 500 credits feel a little more worth it.
The quest starts in Outland in New Atlantis by picking up the slate from the trashcan as pictured above. If you already have the suit, you can still play the quest - you'll just get another copy of the suit at the end, possibly a higher-leveled version if you first got it at a low level. If you have Creation Loot by SamanthaSaysTV, it might break immersion a little since the quest treats the suit as a one-of-a-kind - but I hope you'll play the quest anyway.
UPDATE VER. 1.1
- Changed the quest stage descriptions to 1st-person from 2nd-person
- Added LOD to the Lone Outpost If you've already finished the quest, these updates will make hardly any difference to you, so it's your choice to update or not. The changes are just to make it more faithful to the vanilla game.
