RTM's UC Security Logo Redone

Or better yet, maybe the Freestar Collective'll call you if they ever stop drippin' with that Akila City uniform or ranger outfit they rolling with.

Description This small mod makes a simple adjustment to everyone's favourite set dressing, the UC Security Uniform - fully replacing the outfit's old logo.

The original UCSEC logo is, in my humble opinion, an eyesore on an otherwise cool (ish?) police-esque outfit. It bothers me whenever I come in through those pearly gates of New Atlantis, and I'm sure its unsightly visage will continue to haunt me until I go through the pearly gates in real life too.

This revised logo attempts to capture the simplicity of other UC logo designs - complete with a police-relevant thin blue line (or two) and star-laden shoulder bits. The logo has also been removed from the helmet as it seems a little overkill.
