Now with the Permissions and Blessings of Rigmor, we are Proud! to present the Imperial City of Cyrodiil! We have converted all Custom Textures, Meshes and created new Materials, from the Legendary Rigmor of Cyrodiil mod! it has taken over 137 hours and a lot of patience and time, to creating proper collisions for all NIF 3d models in blender manually, by hand for starfield specifically. One of my personally most proud mod uploads, we hope you enjoy the experience it will bring.
NOTE: This is an early version of the mod, landscape has to be further updated, Navmesh has to be set up, interiors, NPC's and Quests will be added.
We have also included Roaming Oblivion Music Covers that are different enough, yet close enough to trigger nostalgic memories! Big Thank you to Dryante Zan at YouTube for giving us his Blessings and creating the covers! Please support this man if you like his Music!
Armor and Clothing from the previous Oblivion Mod Release collection such as the robes of Oblivion and Imperial Guard Armor have been included, since they were never released for Xbox, and this mod plans to target a console release as well.

0.8 Fixed Sleep permissions in the open world of cyrodiil.
0.7 Fixed some of the object placements, and alignment of streets and doorways and switched position of the elven district and market district, remaining things such as the guard houses and other things have been placed, added ships to the waterfront. Doors have been added to all Districts, Temple of the One, and the Imperial Palace. Terrain has been updated for each district please update the magnus mod for terrain changes to take place. (BROKE SLEEP PERMISSION?)

Added Clothed NPCs but haven't figured out how to script proper dialogue and quest logic yet, so I've given all NPC's one line per interaction. Fixed Sleep Permissions in the open world. Uploaded the first set of imperial male voice lines for people to listen to or help, or until i figure it out.
