Faction's & Encounter's Expanded

Nine new faction encounters have been added to the game.

These factions have a chance to spawn at any existing POI and have the chance to drop both new and existing contraband, Astra's, chems, outfits and spacesuits.

The new factions are:

BiOc's: If it is organic and harvestable, they will smuggle it.
Jager's: Hunters? No, just thieves with expensive tastes.
LiteRyder's: Noblebright savages? Don't count on it. They just like tech.
Rador's: Does it glow? Does it radiate? Does it cause mutations? They love it.
Voyant's: Neon isn't trippy enough for them. They cook up their own version of Aurora. It kinda sucks.
Section 8: Disaffected former UC military run amok. They will shoot first, don't take pity.
Blackguard Freestar Militia: A bit overzealous or maybe just loot hungry. The Freestar Collective does not look favorably on these runoffs.
Rogue Ryujin Scientists: Rogue? Or just plausibly deniable? Who cares? Shoot, then loot.
Seokguh Syndicate: They should have stayed on Neon.

Random encounters in space/spacestations remain untouched. Space is for the Spacers.

Unique loot table for all factions ranging from contraband, chems, outfits and spacesuits. New spacesuits and outfits are also injected into the general loot tables as well.

In breathable environments, the NPC's may choose to take off their spacesuits.

56 unique suit skin variations and 8 outfit variations with Section 8 receiving custom decals for their UC suits & fatigues; Jagers, LiteRyders, BiOcs, Voyants and Radors each have 10 suit variations, while Ryujin and Freestar are given 4 each.
