Silent Sounds - Immersive Gameplay by Xtudo

Removes Level Up, Location Discover, Mission related, Skill Magazine read and similar sounds. Intended for a more immersive gameplay. I know it's a matter of taste; for me it's better now.

Removed sounds:

Level Up.
Location Discover.
Skill Magazine read.
Mission-Quest related.
Open and close Menus, Inventory, Skills, etc.
43 sounds edited.
