Cloaking Shield Equipment

Adds a new piece of equipment that adds the Starborn Guardian Cloaking effect to your ship. There is also a new Perk for this equipment and you need to invest in the Perk before you can buy/add the equipment to you ship. It uses the Com Spike Mesh.

It looks like mods in general are broken on Xbox and when you have to reload your Save, stuff stops working. For example, he stated the engines will stop rotating and the Astromech mods he his stops working as well. In order to fix it. You have to go into your Creations > disable all mods > close the game > launch the game > go back into Creations > re-enable your mods > load you save. This is the whole shebang. This mod unlocks Class M parts, balances their mass and hull, fixes errors in their entries, and fixes the snap points on the hull and structure objects!
