This is a set of habitant modules designed for those who see their ship as their player home. My goal was to make a small number of habs that included everything I needed while looking comfortable and attractive. I found 2x3 modules had a lot of interior space while keeping the ship compact. Using interior partitions to separate the rooms provided flat walls that make decorating easier.
The set consists of a 1x1 fuselage, two variants of 2x3 living quarters and a 2x3 work rooms module.
The fuselage contains lockers and some seating. It works well as an entry point to the ship. The living quarters both have a small galley, two baths and four sleeping cabins. One variant has several small sections in the fore portion, while the other has a large, open area. These provide six passenger slots. The work rooms include a science lab, a workshop and an engineering section. It provides three crew slots.
These habs are partially furnished. Functional items like crafting stations and beds are already present. There are also some decorations that are available in the Creation Kit, but can not be crafted in the game. However, there is also much open space that each player can furnish as they choose. For those who want more freedom, there is a completely empty variant of each hab.
These are HopeTech habs and they are available at Hopetown.
This is not dependent on any other creation, but I have found Place Doors Yourself by Jimsoon helpful to avoid losing furnishings I want to keep. It worked fine with my habs when I tested it.
There are two issues with these habs that I know of. The first is that there are no menu images, which I consider very minor. The second is more of a problem. Switching to photo mode makes these habs go dark. From what I have read, this is a general problem that affects many habs, but with mine, it becomes almost completely black, making photo mode unusable.
