Universal Weapon Damage Mods

With all of the weapon mods and weapon damage scaling, I wanted an easier way to adjust the damage to my weapons.
This mod allows you to create internal weapon mods that adjust damage.
Currently it only works on guns but I plan to add more later for other weapons.
Only requirement is the base game.
Please let me know if you find guns that it doesn't work on.
