A recent creation by Allied Armaments with help from MAST, the AA-105 is an off-shoot design from the AA-99 meant for use amongst UC Marine Reconnaissance teams and Special Forces within the UC. The rifle itself hits harder compared to it's counterpart but at the cost of magazine size and slightly lower firerate.
The AA-105 boasts a fair amount of customization although not an obscene amount. The gun's base damage sits right around 84 damage, maxing out at around 106 w/perks and upgrades. It is more of a ranged weapon so the only firemodes you get are single and 2 round burst and it is integrally supressed. You can only get it by crafting it at an Industrial Workbench for 10,000 credits. Similarly all the weapon mods only require credits to equip -- think of it as you requisitioning them rather than crafting.
There is a unique version, the AA-105A, found within the Scientific Wing at MAST in New Atlantis. It is in a somewhat obvious location there leaning against a cabinet along with a dataslate expanding on it's existance. This one trades some of the benefits of the normal 105 for two different recievers, stats and higher magazine capacities.
Going forward I feel the mod is done. I might come back and attempt a custom skin for the unique but I make no promises on that. Of course I said this would release "as is" but here we are with an update that fixes a couple things and adds a unique.
I have not tested it with any sort of weapon skin mods or the Desert camo made by Bethesda, so it may or may not work given the gun is a blend of AA-99 and various other Allied Armament weapon parts.
Seeing as Bethesda removed comments and the forums, if you find a bug or anything of the sort you can find this mod also on Nexus mods and post about it there (Bethesda please bring back comments at the very least).
