DarkStar patch to integrate Shattered Space.

Patch does the following

Scales NPCs like the rest of DarkStar
Filters cooking recipes out of DarkStar benches
Adds a crafting hub to Dazra landing area
Adds crafting recipes for all Shattered Space armor, clothing & weapons
Adds Mk.II for all Shattered Space armor, clothing & weapons
Adds Mk.III for all Shattered Space armor, clothing & weapons, including energy & particle weapons - Adds Mk.III for all Starfield energy & particle weapons, taking advantage of Va'Ruun technology
Adds new Ballistic Core Amplifier modules for Mk.III energy weapons, to increase accuracy, damage, aiming & ballistic damage
Adds new Particle Core Focuser modules for Mk.III particle beam weapons, to increase accuracy & aiming
Adds new Vortex Attunement modules (1 to 50) to all Va'ruun armor in Starfield & Shattered Space
Adds Research (weapon category) to permanently remember Vortex Grenade recipes after the quest (carries recipes through unity, whereas by default you have to repeat quest in each ng+)
Moves grenade recipes to Ammo workbench
Adds a crafting recipe for Particle Rocket ammunition
