Upgrade Equipment Quality in Workbench

I didn't like that Equipment quality was determined by level. So I put an ATTACH POINT on every quality [OMOD], and I put an ATTACH POINT on every piece of equipment.

To upgrade quality, you must conduct research and learn SPECIAL PROJECTS skills. The materials used for upgrades require more than 10 times the quantity of existing modification items.

Stats such as damage and defense are the same as vanilla, but the contents below have been modified at my discretion. Please check and use it.

The increase in item value due to quality upgrades has been removed.
Advanced grades have been added for Rattler, Sidestart, Equinox, and Eon, which did not have Advanced grades. Taking Eon as an example, its damage increases from 34 to 59.
Some Crimson Fleet armor had low stat increases. This has been modified to be the same as other levels of armor.

caution

This mode modifies [WEAP] and [OMOD] data among the original starfield data. it is not compatible with other modes that modify those two data.
In some weapons, the order of [Quality] on the workbench screen is 2, 1, 3 instead of 1, 2, 3. I couldn't find the conditions for sorting [ATTACH POINT]. There is no problem using the mode, but it cannot be helped it is feels uncomfortable.
Sometimes you cannot activate quality upgrade. If you go to another modification item and then return, it becomes active, but it is difficult to determine why the bug occurred.
I don't have an xbox, so I can't confirm whether my mod works properly in the xbox environment. Since it is a mode that only uses plugins, I can only assume that there will be no problems using it on Xbox.
