Interact with Pull Up Bars and all Weight Benches

Normally, weight benches can only be used by the player when they are built and placed in an outpost. This mod makes all other weight benches found in the world useable, and makes pull up bars useable as well. The existing NPC animation will play when used - the animation takes a while; when you move to exit, it may take a moment to finish. This mod is only for the sake of interactivity; there is no other effect at this time.
