1 Ship Weapon Power

Makes every ship weapon use only 1 power.
So uhm i have not done the B and C class weapons yet mainly because it seems the idea behind this mod wont work(yet im looking into making it work) It seems the limit of weapons you can have is 18 total combined over the 3 slots you can equip.
Should i figure out how to up this limit ill update this mod
