Especially the helmet is based on the concept art of the character "Kellic" from the cancelled Star Wars 1313 game It is supposed to be a new high tier Bounty Hunter armor. You can't just craft it but you have to buy it from the vendor in the Trackers Alliance HQ. No body morphs, so expect some clipping if you are using sliders above avarage.
