A rework of my NexusMods PC mod.
Getting Started
To craft the lightsabers you'll need to use the Research Workstation and research the following under Material Analysis:
- Crystal Gathering (Requires Geology 1)
This research requires the following components:
- 5 x Iron Ore
- 5 x Copper Ore
- 1 x Cutter
After that you'll need to research the following under Weaponry:
- Lightsaber Crafting (Requires Weapon Engineering 1)
This research requires the following components:
- 3 x Zero Wire
- 1 x Sterile Nanotube
- 5 x Aluminum
- 1 x Positron Battery
Crafting
After that you can go to the Industrial Workbench and craft a lightsaber, only Padawan lightsabers will be available until you level up Weapon Engineering.
Depending on whose lightsaber you're crafting you'll need the following:
- 5 x Copper
- 2 x Gold
- 5x Aluminum
- 2 x Europium
- 5 x Iron
Finding the Lightsabers
To find them in the world you'll need to be level 30 and then visit a vendor from the Trade Authority, one Light Side and one Dark Side will be available to purchase.
Perks and Skills
You can find in the Skill Tree under Combat a new perk called Lightsaber Deflection, it only has one rank for now but it's a much better system than my previous version. Thanks SomberKing for letting me use this.
Compatibility
- Not compatible with Immersive Sabers.
Known Issues
- Kylo Ren's Lightsaber is missing the unstable effect.
- Lightsaber will flip position in 3rd person (this is a vanilla bug).
