Storage and Cargo Carry Weight Mod

A minimal mod that adds a modest amount of storage capacity to storage or cargo Hab ship modules types.
Each modified Hab adds 100 to the ship's inventory storage capacity ('carry weight') for each 1x1x1 unit of space.
So, a 2x2 cargo Hab adds 400 to the ship's storage capacity, A 2x3 (or 3x2) adds 600 and 3x3 adds 900.
The modification is intentionally modest and aims to scratch an itch - namely that storage-capable Habs should actually add to the storage capacity of the ship.
