Adds snow to bione Coniferous Forest 01 (the coniferous forest type found on Jemison) in small amounts, giving the appearance of a mountainous spring time where the snow is melting.
Any planet that uses Coniferous Forest 01 will be affected, increasing diversity of appearance across the Settled Systems. Confirmed location will be the Conifer Forest biome on Jemison!
