Adds a heavy Fuse Handcanon for civilian use. Uses heavy fuse rounds. With the settled systems growing more dangerous and the terrormorph threat Allied arms releases its new line of pistols for civilian use for home defense and protection of United Colony families.
Weapon is extremely powerful with high capacity magazine.
Craftable at industrial workbench and spawns in settlers and vendors after level 4.
