Buyable ECS Constant uniforms

No longer will you have to spawn in OR steal uniforms from the humble colonists aboard ECS Constant!
With this mod, Daisuke Levitz in the mess hall of the ECS Constant has been given a leveled list to allow him to sell the following:
- ECS Captain Uniform and Captain Actionwear
- ECS Officer Uniform
- ECS Security Uniform
- ECS Uniform
This list will sell a random assortment of 10 uniforms in total, just in case you want to outfit your crew. It can also be added to other vendors in other mods if you so please. My first mod! Hope you enjoy.
