Microgun and Starstorm Holster

Adds the keyword "R_BackPackHolster_Lowgrip" to the Microgun and Va'ruun Starstorm. This results in these weapons being visible on your back or boostpack when holstered, similar to other heavy weapons.
Only dependencies are the base game and Shattered Space. May conflict with other mods that edit either weapon.
