Normandy SR-4

My attempt at bringing the Normandy to Starfield. REQUIRES SHIP VENDOR FRAMEWORK The ship will be available for purchase at the vendor in New Atlantis and will require plioting level 4 to fly.
I did make a small mistake while creating this so the ladders don't line up perfectly but its an easy fix. Just load up the ship editor and make sure that both of the hab 1x1 on the top and lower deck are a companion way and not a store room.
