Adds a new purchasable house to Gagarin Landing. It can be found near the TerraBrew kiosk, overlooking the main square. As Gagarin Landing is in United Colonies space, UC citizenship is required to purchase either house.
The house can be bought from a terminal next to the entrance to the house. The house costs 30000 credits.
*LOAD ORDER: This house seems to have some issues with the door to the house being blocked if higher up in the load order, so try to keep it lower, near the bottom. I recompiled the mod and haven't had any issues since, but this warning is here just in case it pops up again.
Incompatible with mods/creations that modify the area where the house entrance is.
