Sam Coe is a terrible dad.
His kid only has one set of clothes in all universes.
Pretty sure there are space garage sales, dude. Buy your kid some clothes!
With this creation installed, Cora's outfit record is updated to a leveled item list instead of just the one outfit. When she spawns for the first time in your game, it will cycle through and choose her gear from other kid's clothing. It should reset when you go through Unity to give her a new outfit in the next universe.
What it won't do: sing, dance, add intelligent aliens to the game. Sorry.
What it will do: cycle through Cora's original outfit, New Atlantis, and Akila kids' outfits and pick which one to equip on Cora.
You'll need a game where Cora has never spawned for the list to do its thing since she is unique and her inventory isn't set to update.
Incompatibility: Won't be compatible with mods that update Cora to a teenager or adult and won't be compatible with mods that touch her Outfit record.
(I didn't see anything like this when I did a search, but it's bothered me for quite some time.)
Premium Spiritual Successor Are you playing with achievements or wanting more from a creation? The premium spiritual successor features 45 new outfits (9 vanilla and 36 brand new colors) for Cora and she'll change clothes periodically, as little girls often do. (if you don't care about achievements, you can combine them both -- they do not conflict)
