NPC Recognized - Pirate Background

I've always wanted a pirate background to play, and was sadly disappointed that Bethesda left out a pirate background. So, I've built one.
There's only one background in this pack currently, as I am more trying to test out if NPCs will recognize the backround There are no new dialogue, just recycled player choices and NPC dialogue that should fit a pirate background.
Loot order should not matter, but if there are any other mods that change dialogue or touch quest dialogue records, place this below those mods.
If this works, I may make other backgrounds. For a more Immersive play, I suggest Zone79's Crimson X outfits. It's sort of what really inspired me to build my own pirate background.

Strip any equipped armor or clothes from your fallen foes! Or simply loot-all with 1 button. Steal items from knocked-out targets instead of pick-pocketing and waking them up!

Configuring a Bethesda game to have PERFECT difficulty is a deeply personal process, and I hope this makes it a little easier! This is a patch to load after any load order.
