Brand Loyalty Traits

This adds 6 new Traits for Weapon Brand Loyalty (Plan to add shipyard brand loyalty when I can work out what I wanna do with it XD). Obviously only 1 of the 6 new traits can be used at once, but the trait will give you 10% more damage and reload speed with weapons of that brand while decreasing damage and reload speed by 10% for all other brands.
