Do you wish you could get the best ship weapons in the game this time through the Unity without doing the UC Vanguard quest? It's a great quest, but maybe you are taking a break this time. Also, do you hate how huge the Hellfire cannons are? I do. Enter this mod, which I did partly to learn the CK but mainly for the two reasons above. :)
As a bonus, I included a combo reactor/shield that is close to the stats of the Vanguard shield plus a class C reactor for one low, low price and weight. Which also saves me the effort of merging my reactor and grav drive every time I build a ship. ;)
