Perk Up - Quality of Life Skills Improved

Inspired by and improved upon Xatmos's "Perk Up - Better Experience", this mod aims to improve the maximum O2 and carrying capacity by increasing the limits of the Fitness, Weight Lifting, and Payload skills. What's improved? The original mod was lacking the +100% in Fitness Rank 4; It's now an ESM made by the CK, and no strings.. dependencies (from xEdit).
=== Load Order === It's best to load after StarfieldCommunityPatch.esm, but otherwise should be fine anywhere (unless you have other mods that edit the vanilla skills. If you want a "No Challenges" version, that'll be available separately.

Fitness (vanilla): +10% / +20% / +30% Fitness (modded): +30% / +60% / +100%
Weight Lifting (vanilla): +25kg / +50kg / +75kg / +100kg Weight Lifting (modded): +50kg / +100kg / +150kg / +200kg
Payloads (vanilla): +10% / +20% / +30% / +50% capacity Payloads (modded): +30% / +60% / +90% / +120% capacity
