Better Weapon Impact Visual Effect

Term explanation Impact Visual Effects are responsible for controlling the visual effects when weapons hit different materials. For example, when a bullet hits metal, sparks will be generated.
I strongly recommend watching the video, as pictures and text cannot fully describe the visual effects.
Mod Content 1. Greatly increased the amount of debris and smoke, with a complete optimization of particle visual effects: more sparks, more blood, more debris. 2. All debris is only affected by the current scene’s gravity. For example, sparks on a 0.1g planet and a 2.0g planet will look completely different. On a 0.1g planet, sparks will fly out perpendicular to the hit surface, while on a 2g planet they will fall to the ground more easily. 3. Some debris has collision geometry. 4. All smoke is only affected by the current scene’s wind. For example, in windy weather, smoke will be blown away. 5. Impact Visual Effects for particle-type weapons are more stylized. 6. The z-axis of all particles now aligns perpendicular to the hit surface, whereas in the vanilla game it aligned with the ground plane, which was incorrect. For example, when you hit a wall, particles should shoot out perpendicular to the wall, but in vanilla they often shot upward toward the sky. This is also why you rarely saw particle effects when hitting ceilings — they were all shooting upward out of sight. 7. About 60 particle files and 2 material files are used to implement this mod.
Compatibility 1. This mod does not edit any weapon records, since Impact Visual Effects use their own specific record type. Only those records need to be edited, so this mod is compatible with any mod that does not edit them. As far as I know, very few mods modify these records. 2. This mod is very likely compatible with weapon mods, since the vast majority of them use the vanilla Impact Visual Effects records. In short, this mod will make many modded weapons look better.
Notes
1. This mod does not edit the visuals of throwable items or ship weapons. This mod only edits the visual effects, does not edit damage or something else.
2. The number of particles with collision geometry active at the same time is capped by an ini setting. The default value is 64, meaning if 65 collision-enabled particles spawn, one of them will become non-collidable. If you play on PC, you can add the following to your StarfieldCustom.ini
[Havok]
iMaxNbParticlesColliders=1024
Don’t worry — this mod was created and tested under the default limit.
3. Some explosive-type weapons may generate sparks that are not affected by planetary gravity. This is because explosions themselves spawn additional sparks, which are not edited by this mod.
4. A small subset of debris is influenced not only by gravity but also slightly by wind.
5. This mod directly replaces vanilla particle files. As long as another mod does not overwrite these files or use their new ones, they will be compatible. (Note: the change described in Mod Content 6. may not always be compatible.)
6. In testing (i7-11800H + 3050Ti 4GB Laptop + 32GB RAM), no significant frame drops were observed.
7. This mod belongs to my mod series "halrixx Particle Effect" (HPE)
8. This mod is not compatible with this mod "HPE Better Metal Impact Effects"
