Bill's-INFINITE CARRYWEIGHT

This is a very simple mod which allows you to get your carryweight to 1,000,000. This mod was created by modifying the existing Weight Lifting perk and increasing it's values.
UPDATE 1.50 : Added 10,000, 100,000, and 500,000 options within the Perk, I also removed the requirement for needing to do tasks in order to be able to achieve the next rank!
HOW TO USE : All you have to do is install the mod, and obtain the Weight Lifting perk. (Note: You will have to hit Rank 4 of the perk to gain access to the full 1,000,000.)
CONFLICTS : The only conflict would arise if you use this mod in conjunction with another mod that also modifies the Weight Lifter perks values.
