Boost Pack Fixes (and fun!)

This simple mod fixes the Boost Pack Training skill description to accurately reflect it only reducing the fuel usage per rank. The third rank claims it increases boost pack regeneration, but it does not. The descriptions for Rank 3 and 4 have been adjusted accordingly.
This mod also increases the default values for each level of the perk, giving a 20% reduction in fuel usage for Rank 2, 30% for Rank 3 and 40% for Rank 4. This will allow you to fly around a lot more freely without adjusting the flight characteristics of each type of boost pack.
You should notice the difference, but it should not be an unreasonable boost.
This mod was made entirely in the Starfield Creation Kit, but should you wish to adjust the values yourself it should be easy with xEdit.
