Small little mod first try into making a cell its nothing special.
Anyways this mod adds a little shooting range kinda room the door to it is in The Rock in Akila City. Oh yeah there is a ammo chest in it with almost every weapon in the base and almost all ammo(20k per ammo type)

The minimum Star System levels catch dynamically up with your level (up to 75). All enemies and loot are spawned accordingly. Star Systems higher than your level are not affected.

Minimum Enemy Level (MEL) causes all ground enemies to have a level of at least 75% of the current player level. Low level regions stay interesting, no more outleveling of content.

A chest with some credits in it in the player room in The Lodge aswell as all the various Starborn Armors.
