Craft Contraband, some require more resources than others but all equally illegal.
Notes: -For the Harvested Organs, eliminating baddies (Varuun, Ecliptic, Crimson etc.) will yield organ tissue in their inventory which can then be used to craft the Contraband.
-The Honjo Masamune Nihonto is very OP but it is also marked as illegal due to its lethality.
