Varuunzel starlash rework

Firstly we have enough dam cool looking lasers,

I thought this would be better.

So I changed it to bullet /AR and takes 777 I believe

Now has toxic damage proc as default also as it is varuun so …yeah

It’s not exactly how I wanted it However it is as close as I can get for now

Also if you stick the stealth lazer on it gives a wierd bolt when firing which I couldn’t change

With that in mind

The new starlash is an auto rifle with the cool look of the starlash enjoy

Also increased the quality rate of these weapons enjoy
