Ryujin Industries' NEO-8 prototype was designed for streets of Neon. However, due to frequent accidents during testing, the prototype was ultimately deemed too unsafe for the city’s demanding environment.
This mod introduces a lightweight hovercraft equipped with a large-caliber suppressed rifle, which can be used to mine resources or assassinate high-value targets, the choice is yours. Design inspired by Xone hover concept. Vehicle will become automatically available after you have purchased your first REV-8 from a ship technician.

How to use
Go to the ship technician, set NEO-8 as active, and the vehicle will spawn near your ship.
How to uninstall
I don't recommend uninstalling any mods mid-playthrough. However, if you do, make sure to exit the hovercraft before saving the game. Otherwise you may get stuck, and you will need to fast travel to another star system or perform other rituals to regain control.
