Leveled Unique Weapons

In vanilla, unique weapons from vendors will only scale once at the begining of the game based on the initial level when you start this game, which means LEVEL ONE, aka lowest quality for a new character throughout the entire playthrough until you go for NG+ and, by then it will scale a second time and stuck at that quality for the entire NG+. Thus, many of them are instantly outclassed by higher tier common weapons the moment you see them. This mod address this issue by replacing them with properly leveled ones.
Note this mod works fine on new character and NG+, but with an inconvenience if apply on existing saves. Due to how bethesda inject those records, the vanilla unscalled copies will still spawn alongside with the properly scaled ones, and there is no way to avoid this unless starting a new game or entering NG+ please keep that in mind.
Also this mod only affect vendor uniques. Quest rewards are alreadly scaled with player to some extent but some of them may need some tuning, will see.
Installation
This is a single esm plugin, just install it as usual.
Compatibility
This file has edits of specific vendor containers so mods that change vendor inventory through hard edits will conflict but script injected will not, which are the most. Load this mod as low as possible in load order just in case your not sure.
