High Res Graffiti

Improves the texture files of most graffiti and all street murals, most of which were in 512 resolution, with some in 4K. Now they are in 2K and 4K resolution, with Xbox having reduced size.

Note that there is noticeable improvement with the files, but this doesn't always translate to incredible differences in game because of the way that graffiti decals are used. They are often partially covered or disturbed by wall textures. So some will show up better than others, or better in some locations or lighting.

Textures only. Should be safe to add and remove mid-save.
