Fully furnished Mercury Tower Penthouse with a luxurious style for those who can't be bothered to decorate themselves, it's my take on the house you get from finishing the UC Vanguard questline, hope you'll like it!
Some of you might notice that this mod was avaliable earlier unfortuantely when I made it I didn't really knew what I was doing and I've been learning on the go - this caused many issues like disappearing floors in the nearby towers and many dirty edits etc. so I've decided to remake the entire thing from scratch and I think it turned out even better than before.
Features:
- Fridge container,
- 2 bookshelves containers,
- a safe,
- 2 dresser containers
- many ammo boxes and some misc storage conatiners
- all workbenches (some of them custom so look around)
- window shutters that work!
