Moara Otero Dialogue Fix

For a while, it's seemed odd to me that Moara repeats the same four lines of greeting dialogue when every other Elite Crew has a bunch of additional greetings. Turns out, it wasn't supposed to be that way! Moara has all the regular crew dialogue, but his post-quest dialogue from his part in the MQ was blocking them ever playing.
All this mod does is add a condition to that dialogue group. You know the one: "Hope the blackest sea is treating you alright" "I do love it, you know... Cydonia. I just wish everyone felt the same." "It's my personal savior!!!"
These lines now should only play after you've completed Moara's part of the main quest, but before you've hired him. Once you hire him, you'll never hear them again. Enjoy!
