Hope Tech is exploring innovative ways to boost revenue by partnering with emerging local shipbuilding companies. They are offering prime locations, robust brand support, and even crew assistance—though these services come at a cost. Owl Tech, while not yet a shipbuilding company, is currently a small interior design firm seeking opportunities to showcase its creative concepts. The Habs represent a significant rework of the original Owl Tech mod. All habs have been revised for functionality, with fully operational doorways. Designed with a Jules Verne-inspired theme, reminiscent of “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea,” these habs offer a unique and immersive aesthetic. There are two groups of habs: the Owl Tech Habs, designed to be functional and adaptable, allowing occupants to customize and personalize their spaces, and the Captain Owl Habs, which will be fully furnished and equipped for optimal living.

(Note: All containers and Mannequins will reset with the preset item when ships are edited. Please see a patch that will fix the container and remove the mannequins if you do not want them to do that.)
