Removes visor armor from anti xeno helmet and adds internal balaclava instead.
Also marks anti-xeno armor as vanguard armor. (Doesn't really impact anything because by this point all dialogue that uses that tag has already been passed in the questline, apart from short quips from no-name NPCs)
