This cheat makes Watchtower Components no longer Contraband.

Maybe in this universe Watchtower paid off the cops. Maybe Watchtower works for the cops. Maybe you're in Sysdef and the computers are all flagged to let you through because you are the cops. Maybe the terms of the Armistice Agreement ending the Colony War are slightly different in this universe.

Who cares why: in this universe, Watchtower Components aren't contraband! You can carry them around with confidence.

Load this after Watchtower in your load order. Doesn't much matter where it goes otherwise, it literally does one thing.
