Essential Weapon Improvements

The purpose of this creation: The gunplay meta-game need so improvements. Changes primarily address balancing issues, and making early game favorites viable for longer. There are also several quality of life improvements, such as better ammo crafting yield.
Notable weapon balances:
- Missing Advanced weapon tiers added for the Eon, Rattler, and Sidestar.
- All weapons (except melee) can now drop as Superior.
- Dozens of changes across the board to address underpowered and overpowered weapons.
- Changes have been made to range, damage, fire rate, and magazine sizes.
- All vanilla rifles and pistols have been reworked to some extent.
- Long range rifles have a smaller penalty for their range drop off.
- Buffed weapons: Eon, Rattler, Sidestar, Lawgiver, Tombstone, Equinox, and more.
- Balanced nerfs: Beowulf, Inflictor, Hard Target. Don't worry, they're still very powerful!
Notable ammo changes:
- All ammo crafting recipes have realistically increased yield. Examples: 11mm Caseless from 30 to 100, 12g Shell 6 to 30, 75mm WH from 7 to 30. This was to make crafting more rewardable to the player, and address early to mid game ammo shortages.
- Beowulf and Lawgiver now use the new 7.77mm LRC (long rifle caseless) ammo type. This was because too many weapons use 7.77mm caseless, three of which are bullet hoses. It also makes more sense that the Eon and Beowulf are not using the same ammo type.
- 7.77mm LRC has been added to all loot pools that have regular 7.77mm Caseless.
Notable weapon specific changes:
- Beowulf is now better suited to DMR style play. Damage and range are slightly increased; range penalty is reduced; rate of fire is slightly reduced; base magazine cut from 30 to 20.
- Tombstone is now viable. Damage is increased; base magazine raised from 20 to 30.
- Lawgiver is now more powerful. Damage is increased, and the "High Powered" modification converts it back to .50 Caliber ammunition.
- There's many more!
Notes:
- No DLC weapons have been changed.
- No melee weapons have been changed.
- No grenades have been changed.
- MAG weapons, heavy weapons and shotguns are largely unchanged.
- Changes will come later, once I've had time to test more extensively.
Upcoming features:
- All quality tiers will be craftable at a weapons workbench. Requires Weapon Engineering and corresponding weapon skill.
- Certain vendors will sell ammo in bulk for a discount. Bulk ammo 100 rounds for 20% off. Goes directly into the player inventory. Orders of 500, 1000, and 5000 available for increasingly appealing discounts. The larger orders will be sent to your ship inventory. Requires Commerce skill.
- Increased crafting yield for primers and diodes.
- Standard grenade types will be craftable. Requires corresponding skills, and ingredients that make sense.
- Microgun receiver mod that converts it to a "Minigun" variant, and will use the new 7.77mm LRC ammo.
- Kodama will be switched to new 7.77mm Frechette ammo, and receive a few special tweaks to make it more worthwhile.
- 7.77mm Frechette ammo will be used used in new craftable mods for several weapons.
Known mistakes:
- 7.77mm LCR shows incorrectly as 7.77mm Caseless in inventory. This is just a labeling mix up! It is the new ammo. Ammo quantity is correct, and naming shows properly on weapon details. Will be fixed with the next update.
- Every weapon says modified... Even if they don't have a mod. Investigating now.
